Shipping policy

All items are dispatched in a strong cardboard tube to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition.

We dispatch over 99% of items within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Shipping times in the UK are usually 1 - 3 days but please allow up to 5 days for delivery as 3^rd party postal services can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping to locations outside the UK will mean lead times vary. We aim for 90% of products to be delivered within 5 days but cannot guarantee this time due to local postal services in some countries being erratic.
