How is the map packaged?

We want to ensure all maps arrive in perfect condition. Firstly they are rolled crease-free in a custom presentation thick cardboard tube. It is custom designed to ensure the map is not damaged. In addition the map is rolled with a sheet of plain A1 paper to protect the surface of the map. The cardboard tube is then wrapped in a plastic wrapper and sealed at both ends to protect it in transit.

Which leagues do you cover?

Currently we cover the English, Scottish, German and Dutch football leagues. Other league maps are being considered.

Can I receive a discount?

Yes, either by using a valid discount code which we may sometimes issue or by buying multiple products.

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products. If you do need to return an order we’re happy to help. Just email us directly at admin@footballstadiummaps.com and we’ll take you through the process. See our refund policy tab for further details. We have a full 90 day return policy.

Can I get my product personalized?

No, this is currently not an option we offer at the present time.

Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed in UK will normally take 2 - 3 business days to arrive but may take longer in some circumstances. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 5 - 16 days depending on the country. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Note that during busy delivery times to avoid delays we will at our discretion deliver the map first class post for no extra cost.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply overseas, and will be added at checkout depending on the country. We run discounts and promotions all year, which may include shipping so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Are the maps fully up to date?

We always try to maintain the maps as up to date where we have the necessary information. The maps are fully up to date for the current season with the latest stadiums and league positions. There are rare occasions when the kits may be slightly different due to the clubs releasing the designs later than our print runs.

How soon do you respond to enquiries?

We try to reply within 2 hours of receiving an email enquiry.
