Shipping policy

All items are dispatched in a solid cardboard tube to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition.

We dispatch over 99% of items in under 24 hours of receiving your order.

Delivery times are 1 - 2 days as we use 1st class tracked delivery. In rare circumstances all up to 5 days for delivery as 3^rd party postal services can occasionally cause delays beyond our control. 

In the unlikely event you have not received your product in a reasonable time based on the above guidelines email us at admin@footballstadiummaps.com and we will immediately resolve any issues.

Response time is Sunday through to Saturday 9am to 6pm UK time.
